Process to Obtain a Trade Licence in UAE

- Decide on the type of business activity you want to conduct
- Determine which category of business it falls into
- Decide the structure of your company - LLC, civil company, or sole establishment
- Choose a trade name
- Registration of your trade name with the local department of Economic Development
- Registration of your trademarks if any
- Complete and sign an LSA if your company is a civil company or sole establishment
- Complicate and sign a Memorandum of Association if your company is an LLC, publick or private joint stock company, or limited partnership.
